I knew Larry in high school. He hung with our group of friends. He had such a quiet way about him, and treated all of us with kindness. Rest in peace, dear soul.
Larry Pennie and I were together through out our Oak Park schooling at Emerson and OPRF. I will always remember him as a nice and gental classmate with a large family (9 children) The joke was that his family was one penny short of a dime. Larry, you will be missed.
