I am so sorry to hear of his passing. What a character! He used to be next to me in Chem. Lab. I remember one day the ice cream truck came by and he got up and walked out the window to buy an ice cream bar, then came back inside and began eating it. The teacher (can't recall his name) said that if Jim could have ice cream so could everybody else, so he bought us all an ice cream. I became a nurse and ended up working for his Dad for a few years.
