Well, I pretty much managed to fritter away my youth. It turned out to be a wise move and a good investment for a happy old age. At the age of 51 I became a nurse and now I work parttime caring for people at the end of life. Sort of penance for all those rock concerts and all that irresponsible sex and general debauchery. And I have a lot of guardian angels. My message to my readers is this: high school was really difficult, in fact the worst time of my life. But I got over it in ten or eleven years and so I'm sorry to have been such a cynical, ill-tempered teenager. I hope to see many of you soon, DOOPers, nerds, zombies and hard guys, everyone. And my best wishes to those who will not attend.
