Moved to Texas in 1966. Moved back to Oak Park after Dad died. Sold cars. Went back to school for awhile at Northwestern University night school. Moved back to Texas in 1971, six years of night school. Took a lot of tests, got a lot of security licenses, became a securities manager, worked on Wall Street for awhile in number two World Trade Center 102 floor. Started my own company, sold it in 2006 and retired to fish, hunt, play golf and travel. Wife Carol retired a year later after 30 years with American Airlines.

School Story:

Most of my funny memories are from my working years, as schooling always seemed a chore not to my liking, but a necessity to achieve my goal of financial independence.
I do however remember putting "LaBells Perfume" in the Deans office magazine rack which resulted in the evacuation of the entire department for several hours until the fire department issued an all clear.
